I'm back with Part 2 of the Unhelpful Parenting Thoughts series!

This week we are looking at the thought "They should know better". Sounds like an OK reasonable thought but again we will be looking below the surface of this to see how it's working against you and your relationship with just about anybody you think this about.

I will go through why it makes sense we think this, when we think this most often and some ways to come up with a slightly more helpful thought.
